House Sitting

For pets who are more comfortable at home, house sitting allows them to stay in a familiar environment and maintain their usual routine while you're away.

House sitting includes overnight care in your home, along with feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, walk, playtime, and companionship based on your pet's normal schedule.

What to Expect

We'll follow the routine you provide as closely as possible, including meal times, medications, walks, potty breaks, bedtime routines, and other care instructions.

Your home will be kept secure during the stay, and we'll follow the entry, alarm, and home-care instructions provided during the intake process.

Standard Care

House sitting includes overnight care from 7PM-7AM up to a 24 hour period. During the day, we may leave the home to care for other clients and responsibilities. Pets receiving standard house sitting should be comfortable being left alone for 4–5 hours at a time. 

Pets requiring someone to remain in the home for extended periods or who cannot be left alone at all may require Constant Care. Please see add-on pricing for details.

Home Access & Safety

For liability and safety reasons, we prefer that no other individuals (family, friends, neighbors, contractors) are present in the home during scheduled sitting hours. This helps prevent confusion regarding home access, pet care responsibilities, and minimizes potential liability issues.

All animals residing in the home must be disclosed during the intake and booking process, even if care is not being requested for them. Any pet requiring any type of handling or care must be included in the booking. 

Before Your First Stay

New clients complete our pet care intake form so we can learn about your pets, their routines, behavior, medications, home access, and care needs. We'll also ask for veterinarian and emergency contact information, along with a signed liability waiver.

We schedule a free meet & greet before your first booking. This gives us a chance to meet your pets, review their routine, locate food and supplies, and go over entry instructions and anything else we should know about your home.

As we interact with many animals, dogs and cats must be current on age-appropriate vaccinations and all pets must be free of fleas and other contagious parasites.

$70 — Overnight House Sitting
Additional rates may apply for puppies, multiple pets, holidays surchages, or other special accommodations.
