For boarding services, we are located in Jackson Park Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We provide services throughout Milwaukee and select surrounding areas. For services in your home, availability may depend on travel distance.
We care for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, rodents and other small pets. Services are tailored to each pet's normal routine and individual care needs.
Yes, for new clients. First, please complete our pet care intake form so we can learn about your pet, requested dates and care needs. If we are a good fit and have availability, we will arrange a complimentary meet & greet before your first service. We are happy to drive to you for convenience. For boarding clients you are welcome to have the meet and greet at our home.
Yes, Pawtastic Pet Sitting LLC is insured through Pet Care Insurance (PCI).
We accept debit & credit cards via Stripe, cash, or instant transfer through Zelle or Venmo.
After your meet & greet, you’ll receive instructions to complete your booking and payment.
Payment may be made at anytime before services are started, however your requested dates are not reserved until payment is received. If another client requests the same dates and completes payment first, they will receive priority on our calendar.
Once payment is received, your booking will be confirmed and added to our schedule.
Yes, routine medications including injections are included with any service so long as the animal is cooperative. Please provide the medication name, dosage, schedule and administration instructions on your intake form so we can determine whether we're able to meet your pet's needs.
Current vaccination records are required for dogs and cats receiving our services. Dogs should be current on age-appropriate core vaccinations, including rabies. Cats should be current on age-appropriate core vaccinations, including rabies. You will also be asked to provide veterinarian information and an emergency contact before care begins.
For all services, pets must be free of fleas to prevent contamination or outbreaks. If fleas are discovered during your pet's stay, they will be separated from other animals, and you or your emergency contact will be contacted to arrange pickup.
Boarding takes place in our home and includes supervised outdoor potty breaks, playtime, neighborhood walks, and individual attention.
Dogs are separated during feeding and overnight/sleeping periods for safety. Crates may be used when appropriate based on your dog's normal routine and comfort level. You may bring your own or we can provide one. We can also discuss your dog's usual sleeping arrangements and crate experience during the meet & greet.
Yes. Dogs staying in our home should be reliably house-trained. We understand that occasional accidents can happen in a new environment. Puppies still in training or senior dogs with incontinence may be considered on an individual basis—please let us know before booking so we can determine whether their needs can be accommodated.
Intact pets may be accepted on an individual basis. Pets must not display persistent urine marking, mounting, aggression, or other behaviors that interfere with safe in-home boarding. If your pet has a history of marking indoors, please disclose this before booking. Individual accommodations may be required in which we will not schedule another dog/cat with yours.
